- Face heights from 8”
- For optimum flatness:
- Use 1.0 mm thick RHEINZINK® for face heights 12” and up
- Use 0.8 mm thick RHEINZINK® for face heights 8” to 12”.
- For cost effectiveness and ease of fabrication and installation limit panel lengths to 10’-0”
- Consult the RHEINZINK® technical department for applications requiring longer lengths.
- Drained and back ventilated rainscreen system with interlocking hooked seams

- Panels can be roll formed or fabricated using brake forming or folding machines.

RHEINZINK® - Tile Systems
RHEINZINK-tiles include diamond, square and rectangular shaped tiles. Flat-lock tiles are primarily used for large façade surfaces. This is where their visual impact is the most impressive.
The square and diamond-shaped tiles comprise the group of RHEINZINK-small tiles. Due to the small size of individual components, design solutions can even be found for geometrically complicated buildings. Among other things, traditional cladding of roof dormers, chimneys or roof edges with small tiles is not a problem. |
