RHEINZINK® -Trapezoidal Panels
- Available in Bright Rolled and Pre-weathered Blue-Gray.
- Can be oriented either horizontally or vertically.
- Easy to fabricate and install.
- Panel widths +/- 32”.
- Trapezoidal panels can be installed horizontally, vertically or in combination with each other.
- For optimum durability near entrances and at ground level use 1.0 mm thick RHEINZINK®. For inaccessible areas use 0.8mm thick RHEINZINK®.
- For cost effectiveness and ease of fabrication and installation limit panel lengths to 13’-0”. Consult the RHEINZINK technical department for applications requiring longer lengths.
- It is not recommended to stitch the panels together as this will only increase the thermal expansion allowance.
- Refer to the RHEINZINK baseline details for corner, parapet, and penetration options. Consult the RHEINZINK technical department for customized applications.
- Panels can be roll formed or fabricated using brake forming or folding machines.
- Ventilation mats and factory applied backside coatings not required for RHEINZINK® corrugated facade panels.

RHEINZINK® -Trapezoidal Panels
Whether installed horizontally or vertically, the angular shape makes the ribbed, stylized trapezoidal profile appealing. The contrasting effect of light and shadow is more intense than with the softer effect of the Sinusoidal Profile Corrugated Panels. The option of choosing between A and B as the visible side, makes this façade cladding a profile with "two faces". |
